All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Your credit card will be charged in Australian dollars. If you are purchasing from outside Australia the cost price is the GST inclusive price, and you will be responsible for any customs or other duty payable on your goods when they arrive at their destination.
We only accept Paypal (you can use credit cards via Paypal) for payment of order. As all payments are processed through this secure, independent system, we have no access to any credit card numbers or bank details at any time.
We are committed to protecting our customers' privacy. We will never use your information unlawfully and we will not email you in the future unless you have given your consent or it is directly relevant to an order you have placed. The type of information we will collect includes your name, delivery address and email address. This information enables us to improve your shopping experience by making it faster and easier as well as being necessary to complete your transaction.
In order to arrange delivery we will need to share some of your information with our delivery providers. They are not authorised to use this information for any purpose other than to deliver your order.
Returns and Exchanges
All our products are hand selected and packed just for you, and we have confidence in our delivery providers ability to get your items to you as you'd like them. However, if for any reason you are not happy please contact us, within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We must be notified of your intention to return an item within three working days of receipt of your order, and receive the returned item within seven working days of receipt of your order. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the product is faulty we will replace it, if it is out of stock we will refund the purchase price or offer you a store credit. If the product has been damaged in transit please notify us immediately and we will contact the delivery provider to resolve any claims. Please note that claims must be made within seven days of delivery of the item.
While we're sure you will love the product, if you change your mind an exchange of goods or credit note is at the discretion of Maiike Store. Proof of purchase will be required to return or exchange the product, and if a credit note is issued it will not include the shipping fee.
You will need to cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty. Please ensure the item is safely and securely packaged.
